About this service
Lighting changes how a room feels more than anything else in it. Whether you want warm dimmable downlights in the kitchen, a statement pendant over the dining table, or motion-sensor lighting over the drive, I plan the layout with you before a single hole is cut.
I use quality fittings and drivers that dim smoothly and don't flicker or fail within a year — and everything is tested and left tidy, with holes cut cleanly and dust cleared up.

Common questions
- Can you fit lights without wrecking the ceiling?
- Yes. Holes are cut to size with a proper core cutter and cables run through the joists where possible, so making good is minimal.
- Do you supply the fittings?
- I can supply quality fittings at a fair price, or fit ones you've chosen yourself — whichever you prefer.
- How do you price a job?
- Most work is a fixed price agreed before I start, based on a proper look at the job. Fault finding is charged at a clear diagnosis rate that I tell you up front.
- Do I get a certificate for the work?
- Yes. New circuits, consumer units, rewires and EV chargers are tested and certified, with the paperwork sent to you and notified where required.
- Do you supply the materials and fittings?
- I can supply quality trade materials at a fair price, or fit items you've bought yourself — whichever you prefer.
